Radical transparency
Every lot, every price,
published.
What we paid per pound, what the Fairtrade floor was, and how long we have worked with each co-operative.
We publish what we pay, lot by lot. Below are the three farms in this season’s rotation — the co-operative, the altitude, and the premium paid above the Fairtrade minimum.
How to read this. The Fairtrade floor for washed arabica is set at $1.60–$1.64 per pound depending on origin. We buy at a fixed premium above that floor, agreed before harvest, and we publish the number on every product page.

What we do not claim
We are not a charity, and we are not certified organic on every lot. What we are is explicit: a fixed premium, a twelve-month agreement, a named co-operative on the bag and a number you can check. If you want the receipts, email us and we will send the purchase agreements.
